About the Rural Summit
Each spring, our Rural Summit brings hundreds of rural champions together to learn about our rural communities and explore what we can do together to make a difference. Nearly 650 people attended our Summit last year to hear about the issues forcing change in rural communities. This year, we will focus on advancing key policy and advocacy priorities to secure our rural future.
The Rural Center’s annual Rural Summit will take place March 25-26, 2025, at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley. The Summit will focus on four key policy issues for rural North Carolina – education and workforce; infrastructure; health; and business and economic development. Our event offers a unique opportunity for local and state leaders to come together in conversation and celebration to engage in a thoughtful, intentional dialogue about what we can do to advance cooperation and change in our state.
Join us for the NC Rural Center’s 2025 Rural Summit to connect with colleagues eager to share their wins and who also want to hear about your successes.
