Dave Kaiser
Senior Director of Policy, Advocacy and Innovation
NC Rural Center
Dave is the senior director of policy, advocacy and innovation at the NC Rural Center, where he manages and drives efforts to advance the Center’s programmatic and advocacy activities. Trained as an economist, Dave has worked in research, policy, and government on topics pertaining to small business, regional economics, and development.
Dave serves on the board and volunteers for FIRST North Carolina, the Kenan Fellows Program for Teacher Leadership, and LaunchAPEX to help expand educational opportunities and business opportunities statewide.
Dave and his family enjoy the North Carolina outdoors, and you can find them traveling from one corner of the state to the other in search of their next big adventure.
