Lisa Hughes
County Manager
Yadkin County
Lisa Hughes has worked in county government over 29-years most recently serving as the County Manager in Yadkin County. Her experience has ranged from Department Director to Finance Officer, Deputy Manager and County Manager. Hughes earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master of Public Administration from Appalachian State University. She has been a member of the Yadkin Rotary Club since 2015 and served as President of the Club in 2021-2022.
