Miles Malbrough

Miles Malbrough is a Law Fellow at Wake Forest University School of Law, where he co-directs the school's Heirs Property Project alongside Professor Scott Schang. Miles is a graduate of Harvard College and Vanderbilt Law School. He is also a Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, having served in the Dominican Republic from 2016 to 2019. Prior to joining the teaching staff at Wake Forest, Miles was an Equal Justice Works Fellow at Legal Aid Society of Middle Tennessee and the Cumberlands, where he practiced in estate planning, probate, foreclosure prevention, and real property litigation to help clients avoid or overcome heirs property-related legal problems.
