The purposes of the NC Community Colleges’ Foundation are to act on behalf of the community colleges system to: support its mission; foster and promote its growth, progress, and general welfare; support and promote excellence; foster quality in programs; provide an alternative vehicle for contributions of funds; lend support and prestige to fund raising efforts of its institutions; and, communicate to the public the system’s mission and responsiveness to local needs.
