About the Speaker
David Lambert
Director of Strategic Projects
North Carolina Department of Commerce
David serves as lead liaison for North Carolina’s largest economic development projects. He ensure the state’s commitments – to workforce, the environment, infrastructure, and incentive-related matters – are delivered and aligned. He holds a B.A. in Political Science and Sociology from UNC-Greensboro, a J.D. from Elon University School of Law, and an M.P.A from UNC-Chapel Hill.
