Bridgeport, CT native. Youngest of 8 children. Married to Stephanie (met in US Air Force 45 years ago; both Air Force veterans; she served as Captain and outranked Joe). 3 children, 5 grandchildren. Reside in Raleigh, NC.

Business History

Former technology services entrepreneur in 1986-2012 with operations in US, Europe, Asia. Created hundreds of global jobs and partnered with Fortune 1000 companies in 80 country's. Since then, Joe and Stephanie have focused on commercial development, building, and design including a targeted focus on the redevelopment in downtown Youngsville and Franklinton which resulted in ownership/partnership in multiple restaurants and hospitality venues.
