John serves as Western Division Lead for The Wooten Company based in its Winston-Salem office. With more than 30 years guiding public infrastructure projects, he is enthusiastic about ensuring communities in central and western North Carolina have the resources they need to maintain essential utilities and a high quality of life. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from NC State University.
