Samantha Graham
Director of Outreach
Division of Community Revitalization at the NC Department of Commerce
Samantha Graham serves as the Director of Outreach for the Division of Community Revitalization at the North Carolina Department of Commerce. In this role, she works to ensure households and communities affected by Hurricane Helene are aware of the recovery opportunities available through Housing and Urban Development (HUD) funding.
She formerly served as the Director of Community Initiatives at the Institute for Emerging Issues (IEI) at NC State University, where she oversaw state-wide community development programs. Samantha was previously the program manager for the Office of Outreach and Engagement at NC State University and a strategic project manager at Industry Expansion Solutions. Before joining NC State, she was the community outreach coordinator for NC Broadband at the North Carolina Department of Commerce and the North Carolina Rural Center. Samantha holds a Master's in City and Regional Planning from Clemson University and a B.A. from UNC-Chapel Hill. Originally from western North Carolina, she now lives in Raleigh with her husband and three children.
